JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2022 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36114 of 2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by order dated 20.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36114 of 2021, but the petitioners could not furnish bail bond as in the original bail petition inadvertently in the address portion, name of father of petitioner nos. 1 and 12 has been wrongly typed as Sitaram Yadav and Ramdeo Yadav respectively in place of Narayan Yadav and Umesh Yadav.

Let the same be corrected and read as Awdhesh Yadav

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49815 of 2022(2) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 @ Awdhesh Kumar son of Narayan Yadav and Kaushal Yadav @ Kaushal Kumar son of Umesh Yadav.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioners to surrender in the court below.
