The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed the prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2011 since he is languishing in custody since 21.07.2012.

In view of learned counsel for the State that the report of the S.P., Lakhisarai, suggests that only two witnesses are left to be examined on behalf of prosecution and they will be examined very soon, this application is disposed off in connection with Sessions Trial No. 869 of 2013, arising out of Piri Bazar P.S.
