2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.12.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Darbhanga in Criminal Revision No. 258 of 2017.

3. As per the Trial Court report dated 10.02.2026,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44502 of 2018(5) dt.07-07-2026 2/2 Complaint Case No. 1329 of 2015 has been disposed of on 21.02.2023 and all the accused persons have been discharged.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present application may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this case stands disposed of, as it has become infructuous.
