JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner was initially appointed as Assistant Teacher on 01.07.1071. He retired on 30.06.2009 from Model+2 High School, Munger, District- Munger. The petitioner has prayed for his retrial benefits.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents submitting that all his retrial dues have been paid. With regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner files representation with specific details of dues unpaid before the concerned respondent, the same would be disposed within three months.

The writ application stands disposed of.
