JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-05-2019 Having regard to the nature of relief prayed for in the present application, the Court is of the considered view that such application at this stage is not maintainable. For ready reference prayer made in para-1 of the application is quoted below:- "1. That this application for quashing the order dated 02.01.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Nawada in Cr. Misc. Case No. 66 of 2014 whereby he was pleased to refuse to extend the period for furnishing the bail bond passed by an order dated 15.9.2014 contained in Annexure-2 of the Sessions Judge, Nawada in A.B.P. No. 689 of 2014 in Mahila P.S. Case No. 26/2014."

Since the order with regard to furnishing bail bond was passed on 15.9.2014 and we are in 2019, no indulgence is required. The application appears to have become infructuous. The application is dismissed as infructuous.
