JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2023 The present petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.11.2015, passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runisaidpur P.S.Case No. 528 of 2014 (G.R. No. 4334 of 2014), whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 504, 506, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate discharge petition at the time of framing of charges. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
