JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of about 4 years without any explanation. During investigation, nothing has come against these petitioners. Moreover, the dispute involved is purely civil in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35239 of 2017(3) dt.18-09-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
