2. This modification application has been filed for making correction in the prayer portion of the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30088 of 2024, and also for modifying in paragraph 6 of the order dated 20.05.2024 passed in the aforesaid case with regard to the satisfaction of the lower court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in prayer portion of Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30088 of 2024, 'learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Siwan' was typed in place of 'learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan'. Resultantly, in paragraph 6 of order dated 20.05.2024, ' learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52650 of 2024(2) dt.02-08-2024 2/2 cum-Special Judge, Siwan' has been typed in place of 'learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan.'

4. In such view of the matter, this modification application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30088 of 2024 is modified to the extent that 'learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Siwan' appearing in paragraph 6 of the said order be read as 'learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan.'
