====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for quashing the entire proceeding in Dehri Mahila P.S. Case No. 92/2017 instituted under section 376, 323, 341, 342,506/34 of the IPC pending in the court of Learned ACJM, Sasaram, Rohtas since entire proceeding is highly motivated and malafide and is outcome of vendetta and conspiracy hatched by informant, and the entire proceeding is nothing but abuse of the process of the court."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45033 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
