====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents for payment of compensation in accordance with law for the land mentioned in paragraph 1 of the writ petition. In this regard, petitioner had filed representation to the SDO, Patory dated 30.12.2014.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing fresh application before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Samastipur (annexure 4) for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.2599 of 2015(4) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.4 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, such application is filed, respondent no.4 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
