JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.87 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 341, 504, 337 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the petitioner was scuffling with her mother-in-law and informant's wife inside the house and she alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant with a piece of brick and thereafter committed theft of his wrist watch and Rs.2000/- cash.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant and the petitioner are family members and due to family dispute, allegation of theft and assault is levelled moreover there is counter case and the petitioner is a lady and all offences are

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.87 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
