The petitioner seeks bail in Telhara P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366 A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner that he kidnapped the victim but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and disclosed that she left her house and voluntarily went along with the petitioner. It is submitted that after investigation the police submitted final form.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38177 of 2014 (3) dt.21-01-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014.
