JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court on instruction that the petitioner has started paying the current maintenance amount of Rs 9000/- per month and is presently paying Rs 50,000/- on account of arrears of maintenance. Learned counsel undertakes to present a bank draft of Rs 50,000/- in favour of the applicant- wife within a period of one month from today in the learned Court below which will be handed over to the applicant- wife.

Learned Principal Judge, Family Court shall fix a reasonable amount of installment towards payment of arrears of maintenance. Petitioner shall continue to pay the current maintenance as per order of learned Family Court. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is looking

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.618 of 2018(8) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 for amicable settlement with his wife. If it is so, he may file an appropriate application in the learned court below for seeking a mediation in this regard. So far as this revision application is concerned, it is disposed of accordingly.
