Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. Mr. Ramchandra Sahni for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charges have been framed and is a woman. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the

No.56370 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 FIR it is alleged that on order of the petitioner, accused Ranjan Rai fired from his license gun, hitting the husband of the informant who died during the course of the treatment. Learned counsel further submits that the entire family members have been implicated by the informant falsely in the present case and the petitioner has been implicated allegedly that it was on her order that her husband fired hitting the husband of the informant.

Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and charges have been framed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 114 of 2020.
