JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 341, 332, 353, 427, 379, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. Allegedly, the petitioner was pressurizing the informant being Block Agriculture Officer, Belaganj to give approval order on the basis of Photostat copy of the rent receipt and identity card of another person, though earlier the petitioner has already been granted approval order on the basis of his identity card and when the informant refused he was dragged and assaulted and further some relevant papers, like, sale register and approval order register etc. have been snatched away.

Submission is of false implication and that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37238 of 2014 (2) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 petitioner is farmer. He opposes the illegal activities of the informant and then he has been implicated in this false case, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

Considering the nature of allegation and finding the allegation not specific against the petitioner for dragging and snatching the relevant papers and as such the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Gaya in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 76 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
