20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Kishore Choudhary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who apprehends his arrest in Civil Lines P.S. Case No.191 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per allegation, hardly about 11.5 Litres of country liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Keeping in view the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, namely, Udai Kumar be enlarged on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
