Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of submissions of the parties that they have resolved their dispute through the process of mediation dated 3.4.2019, a copy of which is taken on record. They submit that they would abide by the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon between them.
In view of the above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49429 of 2018(8) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 257/2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
