Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. There is allegation of demand of ransom from the truck driver i.e. informant of this case and on non-payment of the same, there is allegation of commission of fire arm injury. Co-accused Munna Yadav confessed and stated that the petitioner had caused the fire arm injury. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the nature of evidentiary value of

No.2656 of 2021(4) dt.26-07-2021 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused before the police and no other evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner who is in custody since 20.07.2020 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 213 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
