1. Mr. Vinay Ranjan, learned advocate for the petitioners has informed this Court that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties and thereafter, no progress has been made in the stage of the case.

2. The informant of the case does not wish to prosecute the petitioners any further. In fact, she is living with her husband.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition in order to make appropriate application before the concerned Court intimating the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11119 of 2015(2) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 aforesaid fact and request for the proceedings to be dropped as there has been a settlement between the parties and the informant does not wish to prosecute the petitioners any further.

4. Be it noted that this is a case under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
