1. The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for quashing the First Information Report lodged by the informant on 13.06.2013 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 in connection with Dihri (T) P.S. Case No.335 of 2013 corresponding to GR No.625 of 2013, presently pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, District-Rohtas at Sasaram."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to raise all the issues, raised in the present petition, including Annexure-2, to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11867 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 present petition, which is a letter dated 10.06.2013, written by the Senior Electrical Inspector, Bihar, Patna, by filing a discharge petition before the learned Trial Court at the time of framing of charges. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
