ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 I.A. No. 8970 of 2017 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank of Baroda.

The present interlocutory application (I.A. No. 8970 of 2017) has been filed by the petitioner for releasing the original caste certificate which has been submitted before the Hon'ble Court with the show-cause filed on 22.01.2015 in M.J.C. No. 3912 of 2013. The petitioner has now filed the photostat copy of the caste certificate and seeks release of the original caste certificate for submission before the Bank and for other purposes also.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in haste and due to inadvertence, the original caste certificate had been filed with the show-cause and in view of the fact that now a photostat copy has been filed, the same may be released in his favour for being used at different places for which it may so required.

Patna High Court MJC No.3912 of 2013 (13) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that the case is now a disposed of matter and no harm would be occasioned as a photostat copy of the same has already been supplied, let the original caste certificate which has been appended to show-cause dated 22nd of January, 2015 at running page 448-449 may be returned to Ms. Roona, Advocate who has filed the present petition.

The interlocutory application (I.A. No. 8970 of 2017) stands disposed of accordingly.
