2. The present petition has been preferred for the following reliefs:- (i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction restraining the respondent D.C.L.R. and S.D.O., from dispossessing the petitioner from the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3899 of 2015(8) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 Math and from other lands belonging to Math;

(ii) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction that till disposal of Title Suit and final adjudication of the rights of the petitioner the possession of the petitioner may not be disturbed.

3. A counter affidavit is on record and as per it, a Title Suit no. 80 of 1999 is pending in the Court of learned Munsif, Motihari.

4. In that background, after some argument, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be moving before the concerned Court for the grant of interim relief.

5. In view of the fair submissions put forward by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of grating him the said liberty.
