2. The petitioner is husband of opposite party No.2. By the impugned order, cognizance has been taken for offences under Sections 341,323,307,379,498A and 504/34 I.P.C. The matter was sent for conciliation before the Patna High Court Mediation Centre, however, conciliation has failed.
3. So far merit of this is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the perusal of bare allegation and injury report would reveal that no ingredients of the offence under Section 307 I.P.C. is made out.

4. The petitioner would raise the aforesaid issue at the stage of framing of charges and the learned court below shall pass a reasoned order.
