The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwaria P. S. Case No. 37 of 2017 instituted under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation, in brief, is that the police recovered stolen motorcycles from the possession of other accused persons, who disclosed the name of the petitioner alleging that he used to steal motorcycle with them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of the motorcycle is from other accused and no any stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner or his house, and his name has come on the disclosure of by the apprehended accused persons and except this,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30665 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 there is no any material.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Keyas Bin @ Vyas Bin @ Kayas in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S.Case No. 37 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
