JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State. The petitioner was granted provisional bail on the condition that the entire amount of Rs. 26,08,719/- shall be deposited by the petitioner with the District Central Cooperative Bank Ltd., Aurangabad but in stead of January, 2019 it was deposited on 6th of February, 2019 and No Objection Certificate to that extent was also issued by the District Central Co-operative Bank on 21.06.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 68174/2018, is modified. Let the petitioner be released in the event of arrest or surrender on or
