JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 171 dated 11.06.2012 (Annexure-6), passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, which is under challenge, in this writ application. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be
