The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.161 of 2009 registered under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.03.2022 passed in Cr.Misc.No.11465 of 2022 (Annexure 2). The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by

No.46169 of 2022(4) dt.04-02-2023 2/2 a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No.161 of 2009 (G.R. No.3759 of 2009), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
