The petitioner seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 27.11.2019. Vide order dated 10.02.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'P'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
