Petitioner is accused in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1476 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 379, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated several co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 68245 of 2018, 22332 of 2018 and 68442 of 2018 on 26.02.2019, 23.04.2018 and 17.12.2018 respectively.
