Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Kurtha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 (Children Case No. 2/2019) registered on 27.12.2018 under Sections 364(A)/34, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2021 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 1491 of 2019.

This is the third attempt of the petitioner to obtain bail. The last one was on 02.03.2022 in Cr. Rev. No. 594 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that all the prosecution witnesses in this case have been examined and now the case is fixed for argument of both the sides.

No.550 of 2022(3) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances under which the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected twice earlier and that now the case is fixed for final argument, this Court is not inclined to direct release of the petitioner on bail. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the hearing as early as possible and dispose of the matter at the earliest.
