Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,302,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the FIR rather three FIR named and some other unknown caused firearm injury and death of uncle of the informant.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2020. He was not put on T.I. Parade before the informant rather on the confessional statement of co-accused, before the police while in police custody, petitioner has been implicated in this case.

Considering lack of material against the petitioner, let

No.1205 of 2021(2) dt.12-03-2021 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barh Police Station Case No.228 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
