The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioners along with coaccused Yogendra Sah have assaulted the informant, his wife and uncle, as a result of which, they sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56531 of 2021(4) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 petitioners that in the background of some petty dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioners' side also received injuries. There is no accusation of repeating the blow. The injury reports of the injured suggests the injuries to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 78 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
