JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 08.02.2012, as contained in Memo No. 392 dated 12.12.2006 passed in Case No. 94 of 2010 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
