Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant and his family members wants to grab the land of petitioner, and as such, informant has filed the present false case. In fact, informant's side had given threatening to petitioner's side in connection with fencing of the land in question.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner of giving Bhala blow on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31676 of 2017 (2) dt.14-07-2017 father of the informant causing his death.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and the allegations levelled, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
