2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 34 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304 B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased. The deceased and the petitioner have two children, who was staying with the family of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2024.

5. Learned cousnel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstance and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49725 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to granted bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
