ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order no. 07/2015 vide memo no. 50-52 dated 31.10.2015 which was issued by the Registrar, City Court, Bhagalpur by the order of District Judge, Bhagalpur for which the license of the shop of the petitioner was canceled and he was directed to remove the shop of the petitioner and vacate the premises within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order without giving any opportunity.

2. A detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent no. 2 contending that the shop of the petitioner has

3. After considering the rival contentions and after perusal of the counter affidavit, it is evident that the petitioner's license has been canceled way back in the year 2015 and he has vacated the shop from the City Court, Bhagalpur, therefore, the present writ application becomes infructuous.

4. Therefore, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
