====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 447, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and section 27 of Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with butt of pistol. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45626 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 69/2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
