The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of this petitioner died in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house within seven years of her marriage. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

After hearing the parties and considering the nature of allegation and presumption of law against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail in connection with Patori Police Station Case
