Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner along with

No.56264 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/3 Tuntun Yadav entered into the house of the informant and started abusing him and when the informant forbade them, this petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant due to which, he received head injuries and when his wife came to his rescue, she was also assaulted and her gold chain was snatched.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner and informant are own brothers and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. Moreover, the injuries of the informant and his wife have been found to be simple in nature. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
