2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 100 of 2024 arising out of Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 03/2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code Section 25(1b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, an automatic pistol loaded with 6 live cartridges and a motorcycle without registration number was recovered in orchard.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2020.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 100 of 2024 arising out of Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 03/2020. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
