The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar Industrial Area Police Station Case No.108 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 509, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Buxar.

After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for anticipatory bail with liberty to surrender and pray for regular bail.

In the event of surrender, the prayer for regular bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49906 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 shall be considered without being prejudiced by this order and considering the factum of compromise between the parties and statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
