Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kopa P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the informant has pointed out that showing certified copy of the order that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioners, as such, this application is not maintainable. Heard both sides.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own
