2. Petitioner has filed the present application for modification of the order dated 05.05.2023 seeking extension of time for furnishing bail bonds in compliance of the terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64040 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that despite repeated persuasion, the opposite

No.50677 of 2023(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 party no.2 who is the legally wedded wife of the petitioner has refrained from filing the joint affidavit before the trial court in compliance of the order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64040 of 2022 and due to the said reason, petitioner could not surrender before the court below to furnish bail bond and as such seeks extension of time for the said purpose.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the petitioner, six weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to furnish bail bond in compliance of the terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 05.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64040 of 2022.
