JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 10.05.2012, contained in Memo No. 138 dated 11.05.2012, passed in Case No. 536 of 2009/1660/2009 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
