The writ application prays for a mandamus commanding the respondents to stop construction work of School situated in Mukhiya Tolla within Ward no.8. The writ application was filed in 2013. No interim order was passed. Considering the above, this Court vide order dated 27.04.2016 permitted the petitioners to apprise the Court about the present status of the construction work. Nothing has been placed by the petitioners.
