KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case no. 719 of 2015 for the offences registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that unknown accused persons were loading theft cow on a pick-up van of which the petitioner is the owner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is not related with the offence of which allegation has been made by the informant. Informant is a Sub Inspector of Police and on whose statement the present FIR has been lodged and the case is being investigated.
