This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, disclosing offence under Sections 354(B), 354©, 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67, 67(a) of the I.T. Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that similarly circumstanced co-accused persons, namely, Lalu Yadav and Dharmendra Yadav has been refused the privilege of anticipatory bail by orders dated 11.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53707 of 2018 and dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65492 of 2018, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.

No.44806 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of the present application for grant of anticipatory bail by this Court.
