For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Rajeev Ranjan For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ashok Kumar Dubey, AC to AAG-IV ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 27-06-2016 Heard both sides.

The writ application raises a grievance that the compromise entered between the two communities in respect of

Patna High Court CWJC No.19516 of 2013 (2) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 the land appertaining to khesra no. 94 is being violated by the private respondents.

Two counter affidavits are filed.

Referring to paragraph nos. 17, 19 and 22 of the counter affidavit of the respondent nos. 4, 6 and 7 as well as para 13 of the affidavit of respondent -Superintendent of Police it is fairly stated that the matter has now been put to rest as the administration has responded to the situation effectively and appropriately.

The writ application, in that view of the matter, does not require any further order to be passed save and except, observing that such matter/issues, if arises, should be promptly and appropriately dealt with by the administration in order to maintain communal harmony.
