The petitioner seeks bail in RJPB Case No. 1 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 3 RP (U.P.) Act, 66, Sections 146 and 147 of Railway Act.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner fled away after throwing the bag containing Pendrol clip which were uprooted by him from Railway line. It is further alleged that 10 pieces of Pendrol clips have been recovered from the aforesaid bag.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43951 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Patna Junction, in connection with RJPB Case No. 1 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
