Name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Bharti Mahto and on the basis of the aforesaid confessional statement, house of the petitioner was raided and it is stated that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.5.2014 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Gopalganj P.S. Case no. 416/2013.
